About this library

Training is a fundamental cross-cutting tool which facilitates the global implementation of preparedness for an influenza pandemic, as well as for animal and seasonal influenza. The need for a common repository of standardized material involving multiple and diverse international partners that are involved in the delivery of influenza and pandemic preparedness training, originated in the building of this digital library.

This library constitutes of influenza related training material and technical background documents to provide easy access to these materials and ensure that the latest developments in knowledge are used. This material is regularly updated through peer-review to ensure that changes resulting from the experiences gained using the material as well as changes due to the development of knowledge of influenza are incorporated in a more timely and efficient manner.
